Terrible Service!

Terrible Service! I was supposed to receive my parcel yesterday. Then i was told they sent it to the correct courier facility. So i phoned to day to following up on my parcel. I got told i will receive it in 2 - 5 working Days. But my parcel is in the same city.

Won't use takealot again. My first and my last time using takealot.
