Terrible service

Use to be excellent. The last two times my earings was send back and probably ****** but I get no refund. It was a R1000. Now I ordered a steam mop posted directly in a box so that everyone can see what is inside. The box arrived empty but the sellotape was close. Another R1300 missing after it was delivered to another address. I have to phone the couriers to find out after more than a week where my parcel is because they never came back to me. They use second and third parties for couriers and does'nt look like there is any cameras in the wearhouse. I can't handle one loss after the other. Everytime I call someone else helpes me at the call centre. Months now an numerous emails and nothing get sorted out. Why is there no managers to phone... Why dont get people helped. Terrible service. Will rather stay without something than support them again...
