Terrible service

Worst customer service I have experienced. Ordered an item, two days after the expected delivery date and several calls, where no one can give me an answer I was told my item is sent to the wrong branch.

Days later after several calls I was told my package got lost, and a new order was placed. Again my order was sent to the wrong branch and I was told they can't help me I need to wait.

My order is now over 2 weeks late and Takealot does nothing to assist. They just pull up their shoulders and say there's nothing they can do. I have never experienced such terrible service.
