Terrible service!!!

I've been using Takealot for a number of year now and this is not the first I have an issue with then. I ordered an air fryer as a gift for some and I could immediately see that it was the incorrect size. I ordered the ***L and they sent me a small. I immediately told the driver to take it with him and swap it out for my correct order. I said that he is not Allowed to do that and that I should keep it and log a return. THIS REALLY ANNOYED ME! I then logged the return and called them with the reference explaining that I need it asap as it is a gift for someone. I was asked to take pics of the product and mail it to them, which I did immediately. Later the evening I received another email from someone else asking me to send pics to them as well! Is there really No communication happening between the staff members??? I sent it again as requested and haven't received any response from them! I ended up wishing the person without a gift which was very embarrassing. The fact that the return is still pending and nothing has been done about this really shows that they don't give a damn about their customers! As long as they get our money they will do whatever they want!
