Terrible Service

I purchased a 4 plate gas hob of takealot and this was install on Saturday 17 May. After installation the installer on testing found that 2 plates are not working. I reported this to takealot and since this was installed and required certification of installation, I cannot have this uninstalled or be left without a stove. I called takealot to uplift amd replace immediately and was advised that they can't do this. I requested a manager contact me and I was assured in this regard and to this hour nobody has called
