Terrible Service

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the response I received regarding my returned package. Despite the item being defective, I was informed that the return was declined due to packaging issues and that I need to provide a return address.

I have made seven phone calls in an attempt to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, each call was cut off without any assistance. I am shocked and frustrated that I have not received any help despite my repeated efforts.

What's even more concerning is that this is not the first time I have returned an item without original packaging, and it was accepted without issue. In this case, there is no lost item, and I am being forced to accept a defective product due to packaging.

I hope you can understand my frustration and disappointment with the service I have received. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and provide a suitable resolution. I feel that the packaging story it's just an excuse as we can't keep boxes every time we buy products from take a lot ....as we buy to keep and use the item not to return... I am not willing to accept a defective speaker!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pease advise ....
