Terrible service

I am considering not using takealot services because of their lack of customer care. I ordered a swimming cap for braids or dreadlocks and they delivered the wrong size. They sent a driver to collect their wrong delivery and drop off the cap I initially ordered. To my disappointed the very same cap was delivered. They have not made any attempts to contact me to resolve their blunder. When I logged a return I wrote on the description what the issue was with their delivery, it is clear that it was not read
