TERRIBLE service!

I've been struggling for almost a month to get feedback on items I paid for but never received! R597.00 that I have nothing to show for! The only way to get feedback is if I call them. To get through to an agent is another hustle. TERRIBLE background music loudly playing in your ear. Every other day when you get through to the call centre you have to speak to someone else and explain your scenario from the start. 0/5 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TAKEALOT!! Saving a bit because they are cheaper is NOT worth the hustle to get your items or money back!!
