Terrible service

Hi Takealot I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding my order placed on the 9th of November 2025. If I had known I would have went with Amazon because the are very efficient and always keep their customers informed of what is going on with their order. Firstly your site did not provide me with the option for priority shipping as I need my items ASAP. Secondly one of the order shows that the estimate delivery date is today the 13th of the November but nothing is being communicated to me regarding the delay. The only email I received today was regarding one of the 3 items that I bought and that I should wait an extra day just because of your teams incompetence. I'm highly disappointed as I now need to further adjust my own schedule to accommodate you and your sellers incompetence. You too quick to take out money from my bank account but can't even have the courtesy to provide an update regarding my order. I had to wait 5 days to get an update stating it's further delayed. Will never shop from you again.
