Terrible service!

I bought a patio set on black friday 2024 for a great deal, just to send it back as it was really cheap material. Since then, I have been waiting for my refund. It has been over 2 months and they only come with excuses. This is not acceptable, as a big business in South Africa you expect to have a certain standard of services, which has not been provided. This was my last order on take alot!
