Terrible Service

Ordered and paid my order in full. The order was Scheduled for 10.05.2019 before 17:00 as usual. at 16:47 i receive an sms that states they will have to reschedule due to vehicle breakdown. i am sorry but that is a load of ****. If the vehicle did break down it would not happen at that time. By far the worst service I have ever had the displeasure to pay for. The delivery address is Lynwood and always delivered before 10:00 by any other company. a 16:47 sms is unacceptable.
