Terrible service

This is the third time this has happened to me. I have been ordering religiously from takealot every month as the service used to be great. In December after ordering many Christmas presents from them, 2 days before Christmas, they advised me some of the items were not in stock and was scheduled for delivery AFTER Christmas and they couldn't help me. After numerous calls, terrible service and complaints, they cancelled my order and refunded me. I swore never to order from them again. Against my better judgement, I ordered from them again in March, the items I ordered all said "in stock" in the Johannesburg warehouse, after paying, the delivery date got amended to a later date as some items were not in stick and they "forgot" to update their website. Again I called them and they helped me cancel the items that were not in stock. The guy was pretty helpful so I again ordered yesterday. ALL the items I ordered showed they were in stock, now I check the date and its been amended to middle next week as ALL the items are coming from the cape town area and no one thought about updating the website and I ordered stuff like milk and nappy's for my daughter and now I won't get it when I need it. I swear the service is terrible. I will not order from them again. there is apparently nothing that they can do and I have to wait. I never got these issues from Kalahari. com and wish they never became takealot as I really will not be taking anything from them in future. Terrible service, terrible prices and really not convenient at all.
