Terrible service

Disgusted with the service from Takealot seriously they need to work on themselves, 3 weeks ago I ordered books, got a notification that they are not in stock ? and I need to wait for it, so fine I waited, then the delivery date is the 20th, I spoke to them 3 times to say there will only be someone to sign for the delivery on the 21st so they decide to without any communication cancel the order and give a store credit- honestly unacceptable and disgusting!!! Like I would even use a store credit with them after a month of waiting and then not getting what was promised.
