Terrible Service!!!

Very unhappy with the service.

I ordered an item over a week ago with a confirmation that the item will be delivered by the 20th of February (2019).

On the day of the delivery I received an email saying my order has been cancelled due to the fact that Takealot does not have the item in Stock.

I received no communication prior to this.

Furthermore, instead of refunding me the amount, Takalot is placing a credit amount on my account. Needless to say I am not planning on purchasing anything from Takealot in the near future.

Though Takealot has no means of communication and therefore I am unable to speak to anyone about this. I would rather purchase from Amazon in future, even with the 3 month delivery wait. At least I'll still be receiving my items.
