Terrible Service

My brother has not used Takealot before. I have introduced him to the company. He ordered an item from Takealot and it was never delivered. According to the company the vehicle carrying the delivery was hijacked. I am sorry I do not believe that. No replacement of the product as Takealot as well as the supplier is now conveniently out of stock. He clearly requested a refund and not a credit as he never wants to do business with them again. What did they do? They gave him a credit. How terrible!!! Total disrespect for the client after not even delivering the item. In addition he used a voucher - they never offered to replace the voucher. He will never use Takealot again. I must say I was very disappointed. They could have handled the matter much better.
