Terrible service

Hi.. Takealot service getting worse BT the day.. I lodged a return because the item was nt working.. After 2 weeks they came, when I handed the item to him he basically tore the box open saw the product Wich was a 32 gb memory card, the card had a few scratches on the top so the 3 also gt scratch.. The guy told me that this is a 2 gb.. Indirectly telling me I'm a *****... I was shocked at the kind of treatment given to customers.. O insisted its a 32 gb.. He juts told me he won't to take it and left the item and went away... This is disgusting..
