Terrible service.

I must say, I used to think so much of takealot, I used to rave about them as I've received nothing but good service from them in the past. A few days ago I returned an oven which I purchased from them, I always ensure that the oven is clean and spotless as I'm a neat and tidy person. Got an email back from them saying they oven won't fix it and that when they received it it was dirty and greasy, this after both me and my husband cleaned the oven before sending it back! Complete and utter B.S!!! I will never purchase from you again!!!
