TERRIBLE SERVICE

On Monday the 15th of January 2018 i decided to order a washing line from Takealot . I placed my order on line and paid for it. I got conformation and a date of the delivery day. Then another sms come to say that my order will be delivered on Wednesday the 17th before 17h00, big mistake dont give clients a time rather say it will be delivered during the day. Anyway my order never come , why because Skynet delivered my order to another address. I got an email to say the your parcel has been delivered, i then contacted Takealot on Facebook , they are now looking into the problem. I have never had such bad service before. My order number is ********** 7. I have asked for my money back. How can the courier driver give my parcel to the wrong person he must check the name surname and address, that's why they should call the clients.
