Terrible service

Will not buy from them again, Ordered and paid for an item on 25th Nov 2017. I was then notified that item will be delayed by 3-5 working days, which I accepted. After this period elapsed, I went onto their site to track the order and saw that it was delayed by another week. I sent emails with them apologizing. Then I see that it was handed over to the courier on 6th Nov, so I sent an email on the 7th to find out whats happening. I get a reply and the consultant tells me that item was not handed over to the courier. I call and they say, there is no stock. I call again spoke to someone else and she says the item is in the warehouse. So I ask if I can pick it up from there....No you can't is the reply. By this time I know they are BS me.Bunch of *****. I ask to speak to the manager and the contact details. They say the manager will call me back.......................still waiting
