Terrible Service

It's the worst when a company cannot deliver as promised. I planned my entire day around a delivery that was never delivered as promised. What a waste of time waiting around all day and there a no show. Contacting the call centre agent namely Robin Bucklton who could only tell me that the order has moved from the main warehouse to a different dispatch area. He then said he will get back to me with more details but never did. Right now I'm sitting, still waiting for answers. I do not expect such poor service from a company like this, really now.
