Terrible Service

How does one communicate with Takealot when they dont show a contact number & dont respond to messages sent to them?

They promissed me a delivery by 17h00 today but arrived before 11... While I was at the bank getting the cash to pay for my order.

Why dont they respond or have a way you can contact them?

Can someone get in touch with me?!
