Terrible service.

On Monday the 8th June 2020 I placed an order with takealot. I then received an sms to say it will be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday morning at 8.04 i received an sms that the courier couldn't get hold of me. However, I have not been called. Later, i decided to contact a consultant. The consultant then said that the courier couldnt find the location and cancelled the order. I then received an sms to say that they will be delivering Tuesday before 3, However, I have still not received my order. The consultant has now failed to give me any further communication.
