Terrible service

<p>Ordered a pair of running shoes. Wrong size delivered. This is the second pair of running shoes were the incorrect size had been sent. Despite numerous calls to the call center, the exchange it still not done. A week later!They have admitted that it is an internal error and apologised but can't tell me when the exchange will be completed and I will recieve my correct size shoe. Tried to get to speak to senior management but they are a procted species. No luck and no shoes a week later. Extremely poor service.</p>
