Terrible Service

<p>I ordered a case of 6 wine bottles 2 weeks ago. the package arrived 1 week later than what was promised and 1 bottle was missing. No one contacted me to let me know about the delay, i have complained about the missing bottle but no one is coming back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last Friday, i ordered a book and it arrived with a whole lot of dirt on it.</p>
