Terrible service

<p>I placed an order on takealot which I received on the 19 of December 2016 which was the incorrect order. I contacted takealot on the same day and notified them they promised me a pick up and a refund which has not been done to date, I've made numerous calls and received empty promises, I am disgusted at this service.</p> <p>I need urgent resolution as this is unacceptable !!!!!</p>
