Terrible service

<p>I have had it with the lack of service from Takealot! I received the incorrect order a week ago and they've collected it, yet they don't mention anything about the exchange item or my refund. I've mailed them a dozen times only to get a response from a different agent every time and they all say the same thing, we have escalated your matter! I've requested that a manager call me, to get the matter prioritized, nothing! Just delayed responses providing no solution or suitable feedback. I will definitely not order from them again!</p>
