Terrible SERVICE. ***********!!!

Pathetic is all i can say. Firstly i had an incorrect item delivered. Then they fetch the incorrect item but donot deliver the item i purchased. 3 months later and im still begging them to deliver the item i paid for. Each dept is blaming the other. Ask to speak to management and apparently they cant transfer me. All they can do is escalate the matter. Talealot has gone from HERO TO ZERO in the last few months like everything else. *********** STAFF AND *********** SERVICE!!!!??
