Terrible Service

<p>In the past 3 years of me dealing with Takelot I have never experienced such bad service.</p> <p>Items get delivered damaged, incomplete, orders just get canceled and then I need to reinstate it as people have no clue what they are doing.</p> <p>The finance dept recently took 5 days to allocate my payment. Now they telling me to wait 20 days for my order. When I placed the order on the 03rd Dec, I paid the same time via eft, directly to their ABSA account but no one was willing to get the allocation sorted even though I sent proof of payment via ABSA bank and also having to show my bank statement.</p>
