terrible service

<p>Useless staff, useless delivery and useless courier's. I ordered a pc case on Friday and was shown that it will be delivered on the next Thursday-which i accepted because i like takealots free return if damaged policy. without notifying me they extended the delivery date and i realised the tracking information wasn't updating for a day i called them multiple times to speak to someone who can assist...i spoke to about 4 people...none gave me a reason to why they rescheduled, none made an effort to find out what's happening..they just said be patient</p> <p>takealot is one of businesses that takes your money and then doesn't give a damn about what happens next</p> <p>stay away-you better off using bidorbuy...i know you think bidorbuy charges a delivery fee but takealot includes the delivery fee in their pricing and tells you they cannot help at all</p> <p>And their main solution is get a refund or buy something else if there's no solution-bidorbuy is much more fair</p> <p>i emailed them...no reply</p> <p> </p> <p><br />once again...stay away if you don't want your money taken and no service afterwards</p>
