Terrible service

I am experiencing the most terrible service from takealot for a 1st time user and it is my absolute last ever I will be using them!!!! I ordered a TV stand from them and was only told after me contacting them that they actually do not have stock available and have to order from a 3rd party warehouse... I then, asked for a credit or refund and till today, the 20th of July I am still waiting for my 1500!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKEALOT AT ALL!!!!!!
