Terrible Service

<p>I bought / ordered a battery boosterpack on takealot .com, which i saw on bidorbuy , it was delivered in a month's time and upon opening it i realised it was damaged, same day (25 april) i sent am e-mail to advise them to come and collect it so they can replace it but till today they havent collected the item and im loosing at least R1200 a day beacuse i cant use a damaged thing, so i calculate correctly to date i have lost at least R25000 because of them. i e-mail them daily but no luck and i have made a decison i dont want it replaced i now want a refund. I DO NOT WANT THE ITEM ANYMORE</p>
