Terrible service

Treble service from takelot, I placed an order for 2 items, I received 1 out of the 2 , log a chat and it took me to email, I email but no response, I called but they just hang up the phone, I went back into chat and explained to the robot and it gave me the option to mail takelot with details. Just be careful because the service is no longer the same, open your package in front of the driver and record because this is theft with 0 response.
