Terrible service

We purchased a set of dinning plates from take a lot. On opening of the packaging the plates were packed in the box with hardly any bubble wrap to protect the plates. No fragile sticker on the box either.

We used the plates that evening and they were such bad quality that the knives and forks caused scratches all of over the plates after using them 1 time only.

I contacted take out and returned them. Now I get a email from take a lot saying that they will not return the plates as they scratched. That’s exactly why we returned them. This is absolutely pathetic service from take Alot I and actually disgusted. I will never ever buy anything off take a lot again. There after service is shocking. You can’t even phone them and try talk to a manager. Absolutely useless company. Stay away
