TERRIBLE SERVICE

I placed an order for a SPECK BADU 1.1 pool pump on Sunday 7th December and the price was really good. We were waiting for the pool pump when today I received an email telling us that they are out of stock and my order is cancelled. I could have had my pool pump on the 7th but decided to go with Takealot as I have used them for years and it was a savings of R1 100. We called and there is no management to speak to. We left a message for management to call, but they did not. From the complaints that I have seen Takealot is most likely to go bankrupt soon. What awful service. I have asked for a refund as I don't want a credit as I will never ever use Takealot.com again.
