TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

(MRRN-YRAm9GMJR)=I ordered a babydoll and paid R815 the doll was defective. Takealot collected and refunded me only R615. When I queried the difference the gave me a voucher for R150.00 I then tried to use t he voucher and the system said it was expired. I again contacted them and was told that the voucher would be reissued. So they issue me a voucher in February that expires in January --WHAT A JOKE!!
