Terrible Seller portal

After paying a bunch of (unmentioned)money for storage and losing a lot of stock while dealing with Takealot,I decided to stop selling through them.Now, 4 months later, I receive an email from them saying I owe them money.When looking at my account it shows as zero. I emailed them informing them accordingly and then received a return to state that it was a transaction from September 2022.Really???How can you expect me to pay after four months for a transaction that now suddenly popped up?!
