Terrible “same day” service #notsameday

Worst service ever. How is same day delivery not same day? I literally live 5km from the warehouse in JHB and items big enough to fit in a motorcycle compartment. Yet the app shows incorrect scheduling. I kind of feel you ******* me then into my delivery money to pay extra but not get the service? So upset this is ridiculous. No call centre to call. When you call the number they say 72 hours to get back to a person. Uhm okay ? Not happy.
