Terrible returns service from takealot

hi order number ***9, I purchased 2 lanterns I have logged a return for one as it was damaged, I need to log a return for the other one too as I gave it to my dad a a present and he opened it on Sunday and it is also damaged, but your system does not allow me to log a return as it is still picking up the return of the first one, I have sent numerous emails, and made phone calls, I have been dealing with a Sisipho and Olwethu, and no one can give me a satisfactory solution as its is not my fault the good are defective yet I am unable to log the return online, and the rules are that you need to log the return within 7 days of receiving it which I tried doing yesterday, but was unable to
