Terrible returns policy and customer service response

Firstly, I am shocked to see that the returns policy of TAKEALOT is only 6 months.

I tried to return a defective product (Baseus 10W - 2A Smart Infrared Wireless Charger Motorised Holder) that was only 4 days outside of the 6 month period, and received a return mail from TAKEALOT simply declining my request.

There was no "how can we help" or Kindly explain your the issue""... Just a sorry we don't care about you enough to entertain any further correspondence- "We have cancelled this Return Request" was all that I received

With a warranty policy and an attitude such as this, I feel that this may be my last purchase from TAKEALOT. Really do not recommend them for any such purchases.

Very disappointing indeed
