Terrible return/replacement issue

Placed an order over weeks ago, on 2 occasions the same order/product had to be returned and was replaced without correcting the same issue. Takealot are meant to be investigating with the supplier however have still not heard any feedback in the last 2 days, what should have been done on the first return issued. It is now a 3 week long ongoing process and more frustration than anything caused that a company like Takealot offers this type of service and the outcome will probably not even be in favour of the client.
