Terrible Return service from Takealot

Extremely disappointed

Placed an order with Takealot In October - delivery wasn't bad at all, however the one item was too small and the other pack of 3 tights looked nothing like the picture.

Completely different colours and textures. It was my 1st time returning an order for an exchange as well as a refund but I have only heard good reviews.

Return policy states that refunds are processed within 3-5 days.

I initially attempted to email takealot and the auto response stated returns should be tracked online, however there were no updates - it only stated "Return concluded"

I called them earlier this week and received assistance from a very friendly lady, however, she advised there's no notes on the Return and that she will escalate the matter for me.

Later that afternoon I received an email from another lady stating that they are still investigating the return with the warehouse.

I have followed up the past 2 days and heard nothing back.

Monday will be 3 weeks since my return was collected and there has been no progress or positive feedback regarding the refund or exchange.

This service is extremely unacceptable as I am now sitting without the product or cash.
