Terrible Return Service and Loss of Money

The return service is terrible. I ordered a gold bangle, instead of getting one when the order was delivered I got a bronze bracelet in a plastic with a hand written code on it. I arranged to have the item returned and we even agreed on the replacement bangle as they didn't have the one I ordered. After returning the item they sent an email telling me that they can't accept my return because the item was in a box that did not have a barcode even though I got it without one. They told me they'll return the bronze bracelet back to me, not sure what am I supposed to do with it because is not what I paid for.
