Terrible return service

<p>I bought a Logitech MK-235 wireless keyboard and mouse set from TAKEALOT.com, and returned it on the 26th of June as the keyboard foot was missing.<br /> <br />As per the warehouse, they are declining the return because according to them the "backslash" button on the keyboard is missing. None of the buttons were missing when I handed it to the courier for return. Ofcourse I would have mentioned a missing button if it was missing!</p> <p>Since they declined the return (regardless of me informing them that the button was not missing when I returned it) they returned my keyboard and mouse set to me. I recieved the keyboard with the foot missing as well as the "backslash" button, what use is a keyboard without a "backslash" button??? Also I received the mouse back seperately from the keyboard a day later. It was a keyboard and mouse set which fit into one box. How can I believe that the keyboard and mouse that I sent in is the same keyboard and mouse that they returned? It could be any other clients keyboard...</p> <p> </p> <p>Think again before you buy something from takealot.</p>
