Terrible return experience

Terrible experience with them. I ordered a book and received it with a torn page. I returned it the next day and then 3 days later my return was cancelled without any communication from them. I have since tried over 11 times in support trying to get them to review and the agents simply say they will get back to me and close my requests.

I have used them in the past and had good experiences but they have fallen from grace. I would never buy from them again as they have proven to not care.
