Terrible return experience

I am actually very disapppointed as my experience with Takealot has usually been a good one, however I dealt with a return on glasses because I was sitting at my desk working and the lense popped right out - I then returned them as I had only had them for about 2 months - I was then advised that this was my fault and I had clearly damaged them and then they returned it without even allowing me to share my side.

I ended up dealing with one of their employees who was helpful and said the matter had been escalated but then the package was returned.

When i queried this I was told if I am not happy with the outcome i need to submit another return.

This feels very unfair and like I must run around for a product that they sold that was clearly poor quality.

It was honestly so disappointing and terribly handled.
