Terrible return and exchange process for people who stay in the location.

Do not order from Takealot if you live in an area far from their pick-up spots. I ordered my son's school shoes and raincoat. Order was delivered on schedule, and I requested an exchange; they processed the return and offered to collect the things on July 13, 2024. Today is August 6, and I'm still waiting for the collection. I have to phone them every week because there is no communication, and each time I get a different collection date. I stay very far from the pick-up points and during the week I am at work. I'm tired; my son was supposed to wear the shoes to a school event tomorrow.
