Terrible refund and customer service.

Returned a tablet and cover less than 24 hours after collecting it. The tablet has barely been used and everything has had been kept in its original packaging except for the plastic that covers the box, for this reason they have rejected refund BUT they processed the cover without issues which had also been opened. It makes no sense.

Despite being polite and explaining everything I get generic copy and past responses.
