Terrible quality item broke, they declined return/refund/replace. Sent back the item more damaged

I've bought an item on Takealot, when it broke due to the cheap plastc not being able to do what it is supposed to ( it broke when i put it on my head), i returned it. They declined the refund/repair/replacement. I've just received the item back in even worse condition then it was when i sent it back. It was still fixable when i returned it, now the wiring is damaged and pulled out more than it was.
