Terrible Products

I don't know exactly how TakeAlot decides on which suppliers they want to work with and put their products on the site but they need to review them because for the last 3 orders I've either had to request a refund or exchange a product that was faulty. What is the point if I cant get what I've ordered for at the very least!??
