Terrible Policy and Service

My wife and I bought some items from takealot and then needed to return the items. When we went online to enquire we found that it was possible and followed the prompts.

No after returning it we are being told that they cannot accept the return and no reason why, all we want is our account credited as the items purchased where never used/ worn and returned within the 30 day period.

This is really bad service and cannot believe that we are being treated this way. No clarity and no assistance in at least meeting us half way.
